A will lets you decide who gets your property, money, and possessions when you die.
What to include:
- Who gets what
- Who will look after your children (if any)
- Your executor (person handling your estate)
To be valid:
- You must be over 18 and of sound mind
- It must be signed and witnessed by two people (who aren’t beneficiaries)
