Your Consumer Rights: Refunds, Repairs and Replacements

Consumer rights protect you when buying goods or services.

Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015:

  • You have 30 days to return faulty goods for a full refund.
  • After 30 days, you can ask for a repair or replacement.
  • Digital products must also work as described.

If the seller refuses, you can raise a complaint or take the matter to small claims court.
